Viewer points

Set up and manage points

Give each viewer a channel balance that can be checked, transferred, adjusted, gambled or awarded as a prize.

Configure points

  1. Turn on Points and open Points Settings.
  2. Choose the point label, gambling chance and wait between gambles.
  3. Review command words and bot replies, then save.

Manage balances

  • Search for a viewer from the Points Dashboard.
  • Move points between viewers, add points or take points away after checking both names and the amount.
  • Use Recent changes to confirm adjustments and prizes. Delete balance only when the whole record should go.
